SB/PH1-1012 Series Manual Shuttle For Sampling & Prototype Packaging

Starview’s SB/PH1-1012 shuttle machines are ideal for prototype testing and producing low volumes of samples. These machines are offered as a single manual shuttle with a sealing area of 10 x 12 inches. Tooling for these machines can be configured to produce medical / pharmaceutical package styles including Tyvek, foils and medical papers heat sealed to PETG or HIPS trays as well as typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage.

SB/PH1-1418 Series Manual Shuttle Medical/Pharma Packaging

Starview’s SB/PH1-1418 Series single-station floor model shuttle type heat sealers are designed for small to medium volume production requirements. These machines are specifically designed for medical applications using foils, medical paper, Tyvek and other heat sealable lidstock. These high- quality machines are ideal for start-up companies, back up equipment, cellular production lines or low volume in-house packaging.

ERB/PH Series Semi-Auto Rotary Medical/Pharma Packaging

Starview’s semi-automatic rotaries are ideal for medium to high production requirements. Machines are offered in four andsix station designs with standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches. Rotary machines can be configured to produce all of the medical / pharmaceutical packages including Tyvek, foils and medical kraft to PETG or HIPS trays and typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage.

FAB/PH SERIES Fully Auto Rotary Medical/Pharma Packaging

Starview’s automatic rotaries are ideal for high production requirements. Machines are offered in six and eight-station designs with standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches. Rotary machines can be configured to produce all of the medical / pharmaceutical packages including Tyvek, foils and medical kraft to PETG or HIPS trays and typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage.

BSC/PH SERIES Fully Auto Carousel Medical/Pharma Packaging

The BSC/PH Series carousel type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements where auto feeding & unloading is desired. These machines may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters & half-clamshell styles as well as applications using medical paper, Tyvek, foils & other heat sealable lidstock. These units are available in sixteen (16) and twenty (20) station designs. Models are available in std sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches & 18 x 24 inches.

CBS/PH SERIES Fully Auto Inline Medical/Pharma Packaging

Starview’s CBS/PH Series machines are ideal for long, high-production quantity runs. These fully automated machines are available with thirty or more-stations and a standard sealing area of 14 x 28 inches. Automated feeding and finished package unloading are included. CBS/PH Series machines are well suited to produce typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage. The RBFA automatic version includes a lid feeder and finished package unloader.
