SAT Series Semi-Auto Vacuum Forming

Starview's SAT Series vacuum forming machines are well suited to mold sampling and short production runs. Standard forming areas of 20 x 30 inches, 25 x 30 inches, 25 x 40 inches and 30 x 36 inches are offered. Machines may be sheet or roll fed. Plug/grid assist and water-cooled mold bases are available as options. SAT Series machines will run most thermoforming grade films.

FOM Series Automatic Vacuum Forming

Starview's FOM Series vacuum forming machines are designed for medium production runs. Standard forming areas of 20 x 30 inches, 25 x 30 inches, 25 x 40 inches and 30 x 40 inchesare offered. Machines are roll fed with the full formed sheets guillotined at the end of the cycle. Plug/grid assist and male/female mold capability are available as options. FOM Series machines will run most thermoforming grade films.

IF Series Fully Automatic Vacuum Inline Forming

Starview's IF Series vacuum forming machines are designed for medium to high production runs. A standard forming area of 25 x 40 inches is offered. Machines are roll fed with the full formed sheets guillotined at the end of the cycle. An inline film preheating oven, plug/grid assist and male/female mold capability are all standard. IF Series machines will run most thermoforming grade films.

IPV Series FULLY AUTOMATIC INLINE PRESSURE FORMERS

Starview's IPV Series vacuum forming machines are designed for high speed production runsand where maximum forming definition is required. Machines with a standard forming area of 25” x 25” are offered. Machines are roll fed with inline die cutting, finished part stacking and scrap rewind standard. IPV Series machines will run most thermoforming grade films.
