Fischbein set the standard for bag closing technology with the introduction of the 400 HP™ high performance plain sew system, a true evolution in high-speed bag closing. The heavy-duty 400HP easily closes multi-wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene flat or gusseted bags, Safe and easy to use, the 400 HP is capable of sewing speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute, making it the perfect solution for high-production, open-mouth bagging lines.

The Model 400 HP incorporates the Empress Series 200™ sewing head with its proven self-lubricating design, an adjustable height pedestal with casters, an automated infeed, rotary-knife system and a corrosion resistant epoxy painted finish.

Engineered for the most demanding bagging environments, the 400 HP features a full range of system components and accessories such as a bag coder and PLC control package. Like all Fischbein bag sewing systems the versatile 400 HP can be used in semi or fully automated bagging operations.
