MAGNUM SYSTEMS MODEL OM2

The OM-2 Series scale utilizes Magnum Systems’ patented beam scale and is self dampening. The weight pointer and calibration adjustment are located directly on the beam. The OM-2 Series flow control regulates the speed of material going through the scale. The series includes both manual mechanical and automatic air/electric models.

MAGNUM SYSTEMS MODEL TE100

Magnum Systems Model TE-100 includes more features than most large scales. The operator simply sets the weight and hangs the bag. The unit clamps the bag in place, fills, checks the weight, and drops the bag. Features a self-correcting weight function.

MAGNUM SYSTEMS MODEL TE10

The TE10 Series are electronic, small net-weigh scales designed for weighments of 2 oz. to 12 lb (25 lbs with Jumbo Version). The TE10 Series is designed with a solid mount net-weigh bucket to increase accuracy. The TE10 Series will meter out granular material into bags, pouches or pails.

MAGNUM SYSTEMS GN SERIES

Specifically engineered for granular free flowing products, the GN Series electronic net-weigh scale will operate at speeds up to 22 bags per minute with our duplex design. The system features 2.9 cubic foot weigh bucket with dual electronic load cells, bulk and dribble flow gates, air cylinder operated bag clamps and dust enclosure with four-inch dust pickup.

Magnum Systems Model APO is Designed to handle powder products that are aerated, bind, cake, or bridge easily. The variable speed auger option utilizes “bulk and dribble” feeding technology and ensures a fast and accurate weight measurement.

MAGNUM SYSTEMS MODEL IPV

Magnum Systems Model IPV was designed for practical performance on heavy, dense, difficult-to-feed powders, and fine granular mixtures. The Model IPV utilizes felt split shaft seals on the rotating impeller and feed screw drive shaft to prevent leakage and screws are used to keep the material flowing into the impeller blades.

Magnum Systems Model C Air Packer is designed for packaging coarse powders and granular material into valve bags. These pneumatic packers utilize a self-contained blower and Magnum's patented reverse flow hopper design to provide accurate bag filling at high speeds. Valve bag packaging machines are provided in single, duplex and triplex bagging stations. Valve Bag systems are provided in manual, semi-automatic, and completely automated configurations when paired with robotic valve bag placing and palletizer options.

MAGNUM SYSTEMS MODEL GWAP

Magnum Systems GWAP Auger Packer is excellent for bagging a wide range of products: seeds, resins, plastics, sand, rubber granulars, fertilizers and abrasives. Practical design makes the GWAP ransportable and adaptable to existing construction. To operate, place bag on spout and pull gate handle to start—fill shuts off automatically.

Magnum Systems Model-A Packers are pneumatic aeration packers designed specifically for powders and powder mixes, such as flour, cement, and chemicals, although they effectively handle granular materials too. The Model-A was the first air packer with precise bulk and dribble fill cycles.

The TRU Seal Ultrasonic Valve Bag Sealer converts high frequency mechanical sound waves on a thermoplastic material into frictional heat creating a positive seal on applicable valve bags. The TRU Seal has been specifically designed to work with Taylor valve bagging equipment and incorporates the latest ultrasonic sealing technology.
